Cash In transaction - Mobile Money Transfer.........

Cash In :
 
     After successful login Select Cash In option and Select "OK" button, it takes to the Cash In transaction's interface. That is as follows.



        Here we have to enter both remitter and payee(Recipient) mobile numbers and names, Payees nearest post office pin code (where this service is available) these details are filled by the customer in "Cash In form". And finally we have to enter Amount.
Here Amount = actual amount + commission (for commission slabs click here... )

After success full feeding of data, click on "OK" button.
 
    Then you will get next screen which shows the information, which you entered earlier. If there is any mistake click "Cancel" button and redo previous process. Other wise click on "OK" button.

   Then you will get successful message containing Transaction Id , which is unique.


 



    Now click on "OK" button. Thus you have completed your first "Cash In" transaction.

  In this transaction three mobile are involved one is Department's and the other two are Remitter's and Payee's
   After success full transaction both Remitter and payee gets a message, contains Transaction ID ,Phone number. And only Remitter's message contains "Secret Code"  (which is confidential and random).
  After getting message payee acquires Secret Code from remitter and approach nearest post office (where service enable)and gets money. For that he has to fill "cash out form" and show of his/her Id proof.
