Speed Net Invoicing error...........!!!

While invoing speed post article to Postman beat, we get the following error.
 

 

 

Error:   "........ Line 1: Incorrect syntax near 's' "

 

Reason:  There is a  Special Character ( ' ), in the office name, where the article booked. 

 

                                                

 

Solution: To over come this problem we have to remove the Special Character ( ' ).

 

For that:

 In the invoicing Screen by default Auto Save option will be selected (or checked).

Now uncheck Auto Save option, and Scan/ enter  Speed post Article's barcode/ number.

 

Now go to Booking Office Text box and remove the Special Character ( ' ), then click on OK button.

Now your article is successfully invoiced to corresponding postman.
