How to Enable / Disable Network connectivity ?


Windows 7:-

Click on start button, You will get a Pop up menu. In that choose  “Control Panel”  option.
In  “ Control Panel “ ,  Click on “ Network and Internet ”  option.


Now click on  “ Network and Sharing Center”  option. Then you will get Network and Sharing Center window.

In  Task bar, go to time pane. There we have an icon Similar to Compurter. While right clik on that icon, you will get a pop menu, in that choose  “Open Network and Sharing Center” option. Then you will get Network and Sharing Center window.





Now click on ”Change adapter settings”  option.

Now you will get “Network Connections” window. Here All Network Connections will be displayed.
Right click on required Network Connection, which you wish to disable/ enable.
Now you will get a Shortcut menu. In that choose Enable/Disable option.
Note:
  1)If the Network Connection is already enabled,  You will get Disable option.
  2 ) If the Network Connection is already disabled,  You will get Enable option.




Windows Xp:-


Click on start button, You will get a Pop up menu. In that choose  “Network Connections”  option.



                                                       (or)
 In  Task bar, go to time pane. There we have a pair of compurters icon. While right clik on that icon, you will get a pop menu, in that choose  “Open Network Connections” option.








Now you will get “Network Connections” window.


Here All Network Connections will be displayed.

Right click on required Network Connection, which you wish to disable/ enable.

Now you will get a Shortcut menu. In that choose Enable/Disable option.

Note:

  1)If the Network Connection is already enabled,  You will get Disable option.

  2 ) If the Network Connection is already disabled,  You will get Enable option.









 * If the Network (lan) is disabled, You will get "Error:52". This is the treatment  to solve the Problem.
